About Me

I’ve been in this long enough to see designs succeed—and fail—in just about every format. So I don’t just design for the screen, I design for where things actually end up.

  • Large-format graphics (signage, vehicle wraps, environmental)
  • Print design (packaging, collateral, marketing materials)
  • Digital design (web, UI, product graphics)
  • Brand assets and illustration systems
  • Production-ready files built for real-world use

Along the way, I’ve had the chance to work with brands like Toyota / Lexus, Nissan, Hyundai, Kelley Blue Book, Autotrader, JPL, and Hearos Ear Plugs—creating everything from marketing graphics and large-format artwork to brand visuals and production files that need to just work without surprises.

What I Do

Vector Illustration & Cleanup
This is my lane. Whether it’s AI-generated artwork, low-res raster images, or legacy files that have been passed around one too many times, I turn them into precise, production-ready vectors that hold up at any size. I take rough, complex, or AI-generated imagery and rebuild it into clean, efficient vector artwork. No unnecessary points, no chaos—just files that designers, printers, and fabricators actually want to use.

Illustration & Visual Design
I create visuals that balance style and function. Whether it’s branded illustration, marketing graphics, or production assets, the goal is always the same: make it look good and make it work.

Design Systems & UX
I also have a background in UX and design systems, which means I think beyond the image. Structure, consistency, and usability all factor into how I approach design—especially in digital products.

How I Work

I’m part designer, part problem-solver, part cleanup crew.

I like jumping into projects wherever they need help—refining a direction, fixing a file that’s fallen apart, or building something from scratch. I work closely with teams, vendors, and stakeholders to make sure the final result isn’t just visually solid, but technically sound and ready for production.

Tools & Workflow

Adobe Illustrator is home base, along with the rest of the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Axure.

More recently, I’ve been incorporating AI into my workflow—not as a shortcut, but as a starting point. AI can generate interesting ideas, but it rarely delivers something usable out of the box. That’s where I come in—bridging the gap between concept and execution.

Background

My experience spans both creative and production-focused roles, which gives me a practical understanding of how design decisions play out beyond the screen. I know what happens when a file goes to print, gets scaled to a billboard, or handed off to another team—and I design accordingly.
